[Unluckily- or perhaps luckily, that remained to be seen -there was indeed a hunter in the area. He'd picked up on the sounds of battle, though he got there too late to find anything but scraps. He picked up on the trail, and it didn't look good. One monster was involved, one he knew that he could take care of, but the other? It... was strange, he couldn't quite tell WHAT this other one was.

[He moved with speedy care, keeping an eye out. This hunter certainly seemed younger than most, and though he was dressed in reds and blacks he seemed cheerier than the usual dour, doom-and-gloom sort. Tracking vampires down could certainly take it out of a person, but it wasn't about the game for this one, it was about the result. Helping others. And somewhere out there someone- something? -might need that help.
